Paralegals:

New York State Certified Paralegals can offer much need assistance in any civil court proceeding. They’re are skilled in organizational management, docket control, court contacts, document supply and much more. Paralegals can be used on a per diem basis and are a fraction of any attorney cost.

Paralegal are restricted in their ability to offer legal advice or practice law, this includes but not limited to; Motion practice, access to personal information through the courts, representing anyone in court

Here at New York Families for Tomorrow Corp. All of our Pro Se workshops are taught by a NYS certified Paralegal and would encourage anyone to enroll in a paralegal program to further their education.

Training:

Through our support network of experienced Petitioners and Respondents, NYFFT can offer a safe haven for Pro Se litigants. Our Quarterly workshops and updated State provided document control process can ease the pain of facing this alone. A more detailed (college level education) training is provided and offered to our Members at discounted cost. See some of our Membership perks under “Get Involved”.
