Our Mission

Every Child deserves TWO loving and caring Parents!

New York Families for Tomorrow Corp. will provide education to families struggling with separation and divorce, with special attention to the rights and well-being of children and their rights to have relationships with both parents under the law. New York Families for Tomorrow will work to educate local governments and communities in the area(s) of family court systems, children’s best interest, child support and parenting post-divorce, in reforming our current Domestic Relation Laws to reflect the modern family unit(s).

OUR SERVICES

  • Parental Support

    Our goal is to guide parents in their healing journey. Family Court related PTSD and Trauma is REAL and through our network of providers we can offer parent support groups (once a month), referrals to professional help and more…you’re not alone.

  • Legal Support

    We believe that every U.S. Citizen has the God given right to represent themselves in Court, Family Court offers very little due process therefore, New York Families for Tomorrow provide free Legal Workshops throughout the year and paid educational legal courses.

  • Policy

    Our policy agenda is simple, Providing information to state officials to promote family law/court reform in order to support a whole child wellness by updating our current custody laws to reflect the socially and scientifically proven benefit(s) of SHARED PARENTING.

Public Reporting and Transparency Policy

NYFFT delegates to the Chief Executive Officer the authority to manage the NYFFT website in accordance with this policy and with the further objectives of informing NYFFT’s membership and the public of NYFFT’s major activities and programs and providing information that supports NYFFT’s mission.

NYFFT shall make available upon request the following information and documents in a timely manner:

1. Governance Documents, including:

a. A list of the current officers and directors of NYFFT

b. Articles of Incorporation

c. Bylaws

d. Code of Ethics

e. Conflict of Interest Policy

f. Corporate Governance Policy

g. Whistleblower Policy

2. Financial and IRS documents; once applicable.
