A course dedicated to teaching the basics of legal writing.

Course objectives: Legal format and proper headings, along with a detailed section on case law citation. Students will gain a comfortable knowledge of drafting a simple pleading and letter to the court. A general overview will be given on case briefs and motion writing.

Increase Pro Se knowledge and confidence.

Legal verbiage and usage will be discussed.

How and when to use case law,

This is a two part course, each 2 hours long
